Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking with Devnath Tours & Travels, Barmer, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp at +91 9928612700.
- Cancellation 24 hours prior to pickup: Eligible for a full refund (if advance payment was made).
- Cancellation 12 to 24 hours prior: A cancellation fee of 20% of the estimated fare or the advance payment limit may apply.
- Cancellation within 12 hours / No-show: No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or if the passenger fails to board the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time.
2. Cancellation by Devnath Tours & Travels, Barmer
In rare circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, roadblocks, or unavoidable vehicle breakdowns, we may have to cancel your trip. In such cases:
- We will inform you immediately and attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle.
- If an alternative is not feasible or unacceptable to you, a 100% full refund of any advance payment will be initiated instantly.
3. Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, the refund process will be initiated within 2-3 business days. The actual amount will reflect in your original payment method depending on the bank processing periods (typically 5-7 business days).
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are generally not applicable once the journey has commenced. If you choose to terminate your journey prematurely (e.g., stopping midway), you are still liable to pay the full quoted fare for the booked route or the standard per-kilometer/per-day minimum charge, whichever is higher.
